The proposed development is a 4B+G+5P+50+R Residential Building. The parking is provided on four basement floors as well as on five Podium floors. The proposed development is located on the North side of Al Mamzar Lake and the west side of Al Wahda Road (E11). It has two towers above the podium in which one tower is comprised of residential apartments while the other tower has serviced apartments. The development will generate a maximum 1231 vehicle trips during the peak hours.
