The scope of works includes executive design review and validation of Earthworks, Road Lighting Network and Road works.
The scope of work includes the Construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the Roads and Infrastructure works packages at clusters VICTORIA, AVENCIA AND AMARGO.
