Al Kharan road is an existing dual carriageway of about 8 Km extending from Al Kharan Roundabout in Ras Al Khaimah to the intersection with Sharjah – Ras Al Khaimah Road.
The scope of the work includes the rehabilitation of the existing road, (by reconstruction and strengthening of pavement layers, construction of services roads, parking’s, footpaths, improvement of surface drainage where necessary, rehabilitation of the existing street lighting, dualization of the existing road) and any required modifications for the intersections.
