R792: Roads in Al Qouz Residential Area

Service Provided: Design and Construction Supervision

Design and construction of internal roads network in Al Quoz residential area (Community No. 354) including parking lots at Imam Abu Hanifa School for Boys and DM Branch office (Al Quoz). The total length of internal roads within the project boundary is approximately 20.4 Km.

Al Quoz residential area is located at about 13 km to the south of the Central Business District of Dubai. The project covers an area of approximately 170 hectares and is bounded by Al Hadiqa Road from the north, Road 26 from the west, proposed back road from the east and Road 315 (future extension) from the south.

The project includes the construction/ rehabilitation of the following:

• Rehabilitation of Existing Roads of 4.9km
• Construction of New Roads of 15.5km
