Service Provided: Traffic Impact Study

The primary aim of the Mediclinic Parkview Hospital Project is to build a Multi-disciplinary Hospital in order to expand the Mediclinic Middle East Group’s services towards the southern side of Dubai. The project’s scope of work consists of an 11-storey general hospital offering initial capacity of 150 beds with six operating theatres. The hospital will offer in-and outpatient services across a full range of disciplines. The anticipated GFA is 50,000 m2, of which approximately 4000m2 accounts for outpatient clinics and office use.
