Service Provided: Road & Infrastructure Design Services

The project area is located in Dubai West at future interchange 6, along Sheikh Zayed Road and spans about 120 hectares. It is in the proximity of Ibn Battuta Mall. The area is built-up but a new Master Plan has been developed to offer a total of 10,475 homes with a population of 40,642 inhabitants. Running alongside the project is West Parallel Road, which is considered as a major road and under RTA’s project scope. This road divides the projects into two parts and provides three major access points. The concept of the infrastructure designs was subject to significant constraint as the Project will be executed in 2 phases, including the demolition of the existing villas/ facilities, and the execution of the approved master plan for Jebel Ali Village.
