The concept of the infrastructure designs were subject to a major constraint as the Project was to be executed in 2 phases; Phase 1 and Phase 2 which included the demolition of the existing villas and facilities and the execution of the approved master plan for Jebel Ali Village. Considering unresolved issues on WPR and DEWA-WD reservoir area, a phasing strategy for Package 1 of Phase 1 had been prepared based on the trial trenches for the existing lines/pipes.

Jouzy’ s  approach for the phased design and construction had to consider temporary and long term solutions for grading, storm water drainage and utilities, as well as road design recommendations provided in the traffic report.
