The project is located in Seih Al Banna in the southern side of Ras Al Khaimah with an approximate area of 180 Hectares. The project is a light industrial development consisting of Light Industry parcels (mainly hand crafts), Light Industry parcels with frontage display areas, warehouses, labor accommodations, office buildings, government offices, public utilities and petrol station.
