The development is located in the Al Jadaf Area facing the entrance of the Police Club. The headquarter building of Empower (Emirates central Cooling Systems Corporation) has a total built-up area of 74,293 m2 and consists of a 3B+G+20 floor building. The building’s three basements are dedicated for car parking. The ground and first floor have commercial shops and offices. The 2nd to 18th floor has offices. The 19th floor is dedicated for executive lounges and the twentieth floor a health club.
