The project consists of a B+G+M+7F story mixed development and is located south west of Damascus Street at Dubai Airport Free-Zone. It will consist of one basement-, ground-, and mezzanine floor as well as seven upper floors. The project comprises a local shopping center of 18684 m2 and a multi-use office building of 7762 m2.
