Service Provided: Traffic Impact Study
The project site is located in Dubai Maritime City Area in Dubai. DMC is located on reclaimed land between the Palm Deira and Palm Jumeirah and is situated adjacent to the Port Rashid and the Dubai Dry Docks area. The proposed project is a Residential Building G+4P+39 floors with a plot area of 400, 00 sq.ft. The building is composed of ground floor, four podiums, and thirty-nine upper floors. The podiums are dedicated for car parking. The ground floor includes retail, entrance, utilities and general services, whereas the upper floors include 225 Residential Apartments.
