Service Provided: Road Design Service & Traffic Impact Study
The proposed Al Hamedya City has been planned and designed as a mixed-use development. The city comprises of 18586 residential units, 17280 m2 of offices, and a shopping mall of 23618 m2.
The project site is located in Ajman adjacent to Emirates Road. The site is surrounded by an internal road network with main accesses from Al Zawra Road and Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road. Jouzy’ s scope of work includes Traffic Impact Study and a Detailed Design for the road network within and around Al Hamedya City in Ajman including the connectivity with the external main roads.
