It involves an investment of AED 3.2 billion and is spread across an area of approximately 2.1 million square feet. Dubai CommerCity is propositioned to provide a unique e-commerce ecosystem to global and regional brands in order to help them set up and operate their e-commerce businesses in the MENA region.
Our team provided the design and supervision services for all the infrastructure components of this high-tech development. The services also included the power supply master plan, telecommunication and ancillary ELV system requirements along with its associated civil works.
