DMC Business District Infrastructure Design and Master Planning

Service Provided: Marine District Infrastructure

The Marine District of DMC is a development for the out of water maintenance and construction of small ships. Construction was stalled in 2009 with none of the underground services complete.

Jouzy, as the consultant for master plan validation, design and supervision, has redesigned the partially complete utilities servicing the shipyard to the revised parameters and to allow completion in stages to suit budgets and operations. The scope of work includes preparation of design criteria, high level power supply studies, load and lighting calculations, lighting modeling, electrical calculations, single line diagram & equipment sizing, and detailed civil design package for the infrastructure power distribution, lighting and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
