Jumeriah Bay Wellness Centre (JBWC) is located on Jumeriah Bay Island and the project borders the Bvlgari Resort and Hotel. The facility, which will be constructed on Jumeirah Bay Island (Island 2), will be described as a Wellness Centre. The JBWC is “designed to provide a place beyond compare”, with guests experiencing luxury coupled with a menu of sophisticated treatments during their stay. The project will consist of approximately 20-22,000 m² of BUA over three floors, including the ground floor but excluding one basement level. There will be 70-85 rooms and 5-7,000 m² of Wellness facilities.
