The Dubai Hotel Tower is a hotel and residential development over G+35 floors. The hotel component includes 150 keys over 11 floors of 5-star accommodation. The residential section includes 85 apartments over 17 floors. Each facility is served by separate banks of elevators. Luxurious amenities will serve this 5-star establishment including a swimming pool, restaurants, and coffee shops and beyond, as well as 3 Levels of car-parking.
