The project consists of a 5 Star Hotel (3B+G+P+13) & serviced apartments (3B+G+P+22) with 3 shared basement floors containing car parking. In addition, there is a shared ground floor that offers the hotel services for guest as well as the main pool. The ground floor is followed by a podium floor which is raised 7.6m above the promenade level. The total built-up area (including the 3 basements) is 72,932 Sq.m
