Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment selected Jouzy to develop a new project in Makan District, Hatta, Dubai – UAE. The project will accommodate a residential community comprises of 346 villas and the relevant community facilities. The construction and Maintenance of 346 House covers an approximate area of 70 hectares and is located at the South Eastern side of Hatta. Jouzy provided full Architecture and Engineering services for all the residential buildings and supporting facilities including the Mosque and Treatment plant.
