Ashjar Phase I & Phase II

At Ashjar, nature is the very foundation of the vision. Surrounded by lush forests, this collection of 120 residences, spread amongst 13 buildings, is the only low-rise and low-density apartment complex constructed in an established Dubai community.

Ashjar’s collection of homes, gathered around shared facilities, offers the ideal balance of community and privacy. The clusters at Ashjar have been built into the landscape, as though they are an integrated part of the green forest. Even the gardens within the homes embrace the surrounding forest landscape.

Each cluster shares underground parking, a swimming pool, featuring a children’s play area, and access to Al Barari’s landscaped gardens. Residents will also be able to access the facilities of Seventh Heaven, including retail offerings and dining venue.

Jouzy has supervised the site activities for Phase I (Ashjar), and developed the Architectural Design of phase II along with managing the site construction activities.
