Service Provided: Traffic Impact Study

The Jumeriah Beach Club is proposed as a new development, replacing the existing land-uses of low-rise residential villas. The total site area is 22,860 m2, split into three parts: The first part is an exclusive private club with fitness center, F&B outlets, Spa and wellness center and its supporting facilities. The second part will be a Boutique hotel with 100 rooms and its supporting facilities. The third part is a specialty food and beverage outlet. Jouzy had been commissioned by Al Wasl Consultants to carry out the Traffic Impact Study for the project. The study is conducted at a level II analysis, as per general guidelines of Traffic studies in Dubai. The main objective is to determine the impact of the generated traffic by the new club on the surrounding road network and to identify the extent of required improvements.
