The First Avenue Mall is a local shopping Centre and a 3-star hotel, located at Motor City, Dubai. The main objectives of the TIS are to determine the impact of the generated traffic by the proposed development on the surrounding road network and to identify the extent of required improvements, if any, in order to adequately and safely accommodate the additional generated traffic.
