The concept of the infrastructure designs were subject to a major constraint as the Project was to be executed in 2 phases; Phase 1 and Phase 2 which included the demolition of the existing villas and facilities and the execution of the approved master plan for Jebel Ali Village.
In addition to the roads and Infrastructure design, Jouzy’ s scope of work included the design of electrical power & voice/data services
