The Marine District of DMC is a development for the out of water maintenance and construction of small ships. Construction was stalled in 2009 with none of the underground services complete.

Jouzy, as the consultant for master plan validation, design and supervision, has redesigned the partially complete utilities servicing the shipyard to the revised parameters and to allow completion in stages to suit the operational budget. The scope of work also included compressed air, HV and LV electrical networks, roads and high mast lighting.
