Services Provided: Road & Infrastructure Design Services and Traffic Access Study
The project site is located on plot no. 6220149 at Al Warsan Second between Al Awir Road (E44), Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) and Manama Street (D67). The project area covers an approximate area of 55 hectares and is located at the South side of International city, Dubai.
Jouzy designed road and Infrastructure utilities for this project – within the boundary of Al Aweer power plant, including the power network, telecom/communications network and all other necessary design work to complete the Road and Infrastructure design package. The scope of design work also includes the preparation of all contract drawings and tender documents as well as the post tender construction services.
