The project consists of Ten Townhouses with a total built area of 3,000 m2. Jouzy scope of services included complete architectural design, civil/structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, including security systems, CCTV, access control system, telecommunication, IT and data networks, fire protection and EHS requirements, façade design options, interior design for the lobby area, signage interior and exterior, garbage chute design, tender documents and contract documents and obtaining authorities NOC’s and building permit
