Services Provided: Architectural Re-Design, Structural, MEP and Traffic Impact Study, AOR & Supervision services.
The project is a (G+P+10) residential building at Al Furjan with a total area of 16653.13 m2.
Jouzy has been requested by Al Jaziri Brothers to review and redesign the old approved layouts and obtain all approvals and final building permit. In addition, Jouzy provided the traffic impact study, in accordance with RTA criteria, including access gates, internal circulation within the site and parking.
