The urban setting of this project had a significant impact on the design of this development. The project is to be developed into office buildings, a business center, meeting rooms, and gym and food court structure. The design intention was targeting an efficient, distinctive structure yet one that can fit within the existing master plan and urban fitting of the Dubai Airport Free Zone.
