Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment selected Jouzy to develop a new project in Oud Mateena, Dubai – UAE. The project will accommodate a residential community comprises of 397 Villas and the relevant community facilities. The construction and Maintenance of 397 House at Oud Mateena residential area covers an approximate area of 76 hectares and is located at the South side of Amman Road & East side of Algeria Street.
